# Monitor Applications

Radar lets you monitor input and output logs based on your application's metric evaluations.

You can monitor individual logs or analyze overall trends depending on your goal. Choose either the Traffic page or Analytics page accordingly.

### Monitoring methods

<table><thead><tr><th width="287.69921875">What you want to check</th><th width="153.2734375">Page to use</th><th>Main use</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Review individual logs and detection details</td><td>Traffic</td><td>Review evaluation results for specific requests / responses and details of detected risks</td></tr><tr><td>Review overall trends</td><td>Analytics</td><td>Review trends in log counts, detection counts, and risk increases or decreases</td></tr></tbody></table>

### Review individual logs

Use the Traffic page when you want to review individual logs and detection details.

On the Traffic page, you can review evaluation results and triggered metrics for each application request / response. This is useful for checking `Block` or `Flag` logs or diving into specific log details.

To open the Traffic page, select the target application on the `Nodes` page, then select the `Traffic` card on the application details page.

For details about the Traffic page, see the following page.

### Review overall trends

Use the Analytics page to monitor trends in log counts and detection counts.&#x20;

On the Analytics page, you can view aggregated data over a specific period, including total logs, detection counts, and `Block` / `Flag` counts. It is ideal for tracking time-series trends and understanding overall application usage and risk patterns.&#x20;

To open the Analytics page, click on `Analytics` in the sidebar.&#x20;
