# Manage User Accounts

User account addition, registration, and deletion are performed from the Account List page. User account management can only be performed by [users with the Admin role](/en/administrator-guide/manage-permissions/role-permissions.md).

### Add a user account
To add a new user account, select the `Add account` button in the upper right of the Account List page.
On the account invitation screen, enter the email address and role of the user to invite. An email containing a link for account creation is sent to the specified email address.

Note: When an email address from a domain outside the organization is specified, a warning message is displayed. The organization domain is configured by Citadel AI when the initial account is issued.

#### Create an account from an invitation email
Invited users receive an invitation email containing the following information.
* Subject: Invitation to Citadel Radar
* Sender: `noreply[at]citadel-ai.com`
Selecting `Create an account` in the email takes the user to the account creation page.
**a. When creating a password-authenticated user**
Enter the name, password, and confirmation password, then complete the settings.
**b. When creating an SSO-authenticated user**
When creating an account with SSO authentication, select the linked IdP from the bottom of the screen. After moving to the IdP page, follow the on-screen instructions to complete registration.

### Delete a user account
To delete a user account, select the delete icon in the row of the target user on the account list page.
When the confirmation dialog is displayed, check the email address to delete. If there are no issues, enter DELETE for confirmation and select delete.
Deleted accounts are permanently deleted. This operation cannot be undone.
